The usual delivery time for the European countries is 10/14 business days.
Shipping costs to Europe vary depending on the weight and destination of the order.
Deliveries of packages over 10 Kg or bulky will be made to the curb.
1. Installation is relatively simple, as the machines come 80% assembled and all of them have video instructions according to which all you have to do is connect the components
2. As for the service, we provide remote advice and assistance there. We have spare parts in stock and we can find anything that needs to be replaced :)

Certainly! Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation. Production starts 24 hours after placing the order, and within 72 hours, you'll be provided with the estimated delivery date. Once the order is shipped, another email will be sent containing the tracking number and a link for online order tracking through the carrier.
1. Keep your equipment clean from dirt and dust, especially the guides and wheels.
2. Lubricate metal parts regularly.
3. Change the springs every 2 years, or sooner if the machine is heavily used.
The best product to lubricate wheels, guides and any metal part is silicone oil spray.
After using the machine, clean it with water and a soft cloth. For tough stains, use a bit of mild detergent mixed with water (2 liters). Make sure to dry it thoroughly afterward.
When choosing equipment, it's not just about looks. Consider the material's properties. Aluminum is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, good for stacking. Wood is warmer and stable. Also, think about your space's humidity and how you'll use the equipment. If you have questions, ask our experts.
